Our property maintenance services help you to look after your home in Le Marche, giving you more time to enjoy your property.

We can provide a tailor-made service depending on your needs, ranging from checking over the property prior to your arrival to a weekly or monthly service of the house and garden.

If you hire out your home we can clean, as well as wash bedding prior to guest’s arrival, welcome them, help them to settle in and check and clean after their departure.

Being a small business working from our home base in Montalto delle Marche, we are able to personally oversee the care of your home and at a reasonable cost.

We offer the following services, whether you rent out your property or use it for yourselves:

Cleaning
Cleaning of your home according to your needs; for example prior to your arrival or if renting it out on changeover days. Cost would depend on size of property and location.

Changing and washing of bed linen and towels.

General Check
Keeping an eye on your property at time intervals to suit you. For example if your home is not used for several weeks or months we can complete a walk-through, checking for any potential issues, sending on post etc. keeping you updated by email.

Decorating, repairs and maintenance
We can help with a range of services from general ‘handyman’ projects to overseeing renovation work, including site visits to monitor work and digital photos of progress and immediate report back to you.

Gardening
For example, watering plants, cutting lawns or installation of irrigation systems.

Pool Maintenance
Cleaning your pool as required.

Airport transfer
We can pick up yourselves or guests (8 people maximum) from airport and drive to property.

Point of contact (for guests)
Advise on things to do and see, daily life in Le Marche, making their stay as pleasant and easy as possible. If unforeseen problems arise during their stay we can be a useful point of contact.

Welcome packs
Stocking of fridges and shelves or simply a welcome bottle of local wine.
