Who we are

We live with our three young children near the picturesque village of Montalto delle Marche. It’s difficult to avoid clichés but Casa Montalto seemed to call us to dramatically alter our lives. Moving from suburbia in England to our valley of ever changing views, we have now made our home here and enjoy the Italian way of life.

We are renovating Casa Montalto, a beautiful, imposing 1930’s farmhouse, complete with original curly black ironwork and stunning views from every window. Also on a position so elevated that you feel the urge to fly into the valley below we have a charming ‘rustico’, as well as 13 hectares of farmland, olive trees and fruit trees.

Thomas has renovated old houses in England and has worked in hotels and restaurants Europe wide. He speaks English, German, French and his Italian is improving all of the time.

Debby is a teacher by profession but has her hands full with three young children and is designing the interior of Casa Montalto. She speaks English and German.
